Care and Maintenance for Your Jewelry
Care should be given to your horn, antler and wood jewelry to keep it looking beautiful for years to come. You can oil each piece with coconut or mineral oil every month or so or after frequent wear. Use a polishing cloth to buff. For your wood jewelry you can coat and buff with beeswax to give it extra protection from water. Avoid excessive contact with water and chemicals and try to avoid leaving your jewelry in the direct sunlight eg. window ledge. Also avoid high humidity exposure and anything that may scratch the surface of your jewelry. Your jewelry is a natural product and can be damaged by the elements, keeping your pieces oiled and polished will help keep them looking new. I hope you enjoy wearing your new jewelry.
